Along with my one-on-one sessions, attending my classes provides a more social way of getting fit and the enjoyment of being part of a group working towards a common goal. Bootcamp
£5-£7/Session
My HIIT Bootcamp is serious business when it comes to fitness and weight loss, but I also like to have fun. You will work out with like minded people who are serious about getting fit in a friendly environment and differing levels of fitness. You will have a fully qualified trainer to guide you through the exercises and push you further than you would push yourself.
1-2-1 Personal Training
£35/Hour
For a more personalised training session contact me about 1-2-1 training sessions held at your home. These sessions will be tailored specifically for you with short, medium and long term goals set and measured as we progress your journey. We will also look at your nutrition and lifestyle habits along with your fitness goals.
Buddy Training
£50/Hour
Why not have a training session with your significant other, best friend or family member? You get the same package as a 1-2-1 session but get to share the fun and encourage each other along the way.
