Profile
I have spent my life enjoying sport as a hobby and use fitness not only as a way of staying physically fit but also mentally fit. Even during my former life as an IT Consultant I always made time to train as I genuinely believe a good workout can destress you in minutes, making you feel stronger and more confident in all areas of your life. I became a personal trainer as I want to share my enjoyment of physical activity with you and help you achieve your goals whatever they may be.

I believe being a Personal Trainer is not just a job, it is a lifestyle and I want other people to feel the same way and enjoy their workouts, not feel as though they are a chore that must be completed. I understand time is precious so creating training sessions for my clients that fit into their schedules is key and something that is foremost in my mind when working with you.

So if you are looking to build on your fitness, increase your strength, run further and/or faster or just simply feel comfortable going into a gym and doing a workout give me a shout. We’ll sit down, look at your goals, current fitness levels and lifestyle and then come up with a Short-Term, Medium-Term and Long-Term plan to get you to where you want to be. Hopefully in a fun way! Shouting at me and calling me names is allowed, in fact I expect it otherwise I may not be pushing you enough!
